Adapt2beGreat Basketball Strength and Conditioning

This is a 1 year training program for basektball players who play the guard position. Although it was designed for guards, all positions can benefit, especially with the shift towards positionless basketball. This is my training program and a workout log for myself, but feel free to follow along. If you are using this, please comment so that I can see how people progress, and make changes to the program in the future, based on those results.
